Privacy Policy

What you share with me stays with me.

Effective October 10, 2026

Privacy is important to me. I am not a medical provider, and this practice is not bound by HIPAA regulations. I honor the same level of privacy a doctor would have with their patients anyway. This work only happens when you feel safe, and that starts with knowing exactly what I do with your information.

This page explains what I collect, why I collect it, and who touches it. It is written in plain language on purpose. "I" and "me" mean Eric Zajac and EZ Livin' Coaching LLC.

What I collect

How I use it

Session recordings

I record sessions over Zoom, and I ask before I do. You are free to say no.

I am the only person who watches or listens to those recordings. They are not shared with mentors, colleagues, training programs, or anyone else.

Recordings are stored in my Zoom account. I do not keep them on a fixed schedule. I delete older recordings from time to time as storage space is needed. If you would like yours deleted sooner, tell me and I will delete it.

Who else touches your information

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I do not share it with anyone for their own use.

A small number of companies provide the tools that run this practice. They hold your information on my behalf so those tools can work:

The one exception to all of the above is a valid legal requirement, such as a court order. That is the same limit a doctor works within.

Clients under 18

I work with anyone under 18 only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
