Once a month, for about an hour, we do the work live. Not a lecture about what is possible. The actual work, in the room, together. Some months you experience a technique firsthand. Some months a pattern you have never been able to name becomes visible. Some months the floor opens for personal support.
You leave with something you can use. Not notes. Not a framework to study later. Something you felt move.
There is no pitch here. No pressure. No expectation beyond showing up.
The monthly workshops will meet live on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7 PM EST. Recordings are availablse after for those who cannot make it, but the real work happens live.
